KINKO Electric Valves

KINKO electric valves integrate high-efficiency electric actuators with precision valve designs for accurate, repeatable flow control. Powered by 24V DC, 110V AC, or 220V AC, these valves deliver reliable performance in applications where pneumatic supply is unavailable or where precise positioning is required.

Behind Every Solution:

  • ±1% positioning accuracy for modulating control
  • On/Off, modulating (4-20mA), or failsafe options
  • Quiet, maintenance-free electric actuation
  • Manual override for emergency operation and commissioning

Industrial Internet of Things cloud platform

Industrial Internet of Things, cloud control, big data analysis, pre diagnostic platform

Users can easily form an industrial Internet of Things through Bluetooth, WiFi, LORA, NB-IoT, Zigbee, GPRS, 4G, 5G and other methods, directly realizing remote wired and wireless control and communication. They can also access cloud data to achieve multi-screen control via industrial computers, mobile phones, tablets, etc., monitoring the operation status and data recording of valves, real-time monitoring and control of pipeline fluid flow, temperature, pressure, etc. At the same time, based on cloud data analysis, they can provide customers with pre-diagnostic reports on the status of actuators, valves and other equipment to help users maintain equipment more scientifically.

  • Flexible connectivity – Supports Bluetooth, WiFi, 4G/5G, LORA, NB-IoT, and more for remote wired or wireless control.
  • Real-time monitoring – Enables multi-screen access to valve status, flow, temperature, and pressure data anytime, anywhere.
  • Predictive maintenance – Cloud-based data analysis generates pre-diagnostic reports, helping users identify issues before they fail.

FAQ

What is the difference between On/Off and modulating electric valves?
On/Off valves operate fully open or fully closed, controlled by limit switches. Modulating valves can be positioned at any point between 0° and 90° using a 4-20mA or 0-10V control signal, enabling precise flow regulation. Modulating valves include a positioner for accurate positioning.
What power supply options are available for KINKO electric valves?
KINKO electric valves support DC24V, AC110V, AC220V, and AC380V power supplies. Standard models typically use AC220V or DC24V. Custom voltages can be accommodated for specific project requirements.
Can electric valves be used in hazardous or explosive environments?
Yes. ATEX-certified explosion-proof electric actuators are available for Zone 1 and Zone 2 hazardous areas. These models feature explosion-proof enclosures and are suitable for petrochemical, gas, and other explosive environments.
What position feedback options are available?
Position feedback is available via mechanical limit switches (open/closed indication), proximity sensors, potentiometer (continuous position), or 4-20mA analog feedback for modulating control. Feedback signals can be integrated with DCS or PLC systems.
Do electric valves have manual override for emergency operation
Yes. All KINKO electric valves and actuators include a manual override (handwheel or hexagon drive) for emergency operation, commissioning, and maintenance without electrical power.
