KINKO Electric Control Valves

KINKO ZAZP/ZAZM electric control valves accept 0–10mA or 4–20mA DC signals to regulate flow, pressure, temperature, and level in automated processes. Available in single-seat and sleeve-guided designs with DN20–200mm, PN1.0–6.4MPa, and temperature ranges from -40°C to +450°C. Soft-seated versions achieve Class VI zero leakage.

Behind Every Solution:

  • ±1% regulation accuracy with servo amplifier
  • Class VI zero leakage (soft-seated)
  • Linear & equal percentage characteristics
  • Bellows seal option for zero external leakage

FAQ

What accuracy do electric control valves provide?
KINKO electric control valves achieve ±0.5% positioning accuracy for precise regulation.
Do they require compressed air?
No, they operate entirely on electric power, making them ideal for clean, quiet environments.
What communication protocols are supported?
They support 4-20mA, 0-10V, HART, and Modbus for seamless integration with control systems.
Are they suitable for pharmaceutical applications?
Yes, their clean operation and precise control make them suitable for pharmaceutical and food processing.
What is the response time?
Response time varies by size and torque, typically 15–60 seconds for full stroke. For faster response, consider pneumatic control valves.
