    Product Overview

The gasket, valve body seal, and stem packing are all made of high-quality PTFE; this ensures a long service life and corrosion resistance, guaranteeing zero leakage—either internal or external.

The streamlined flow path minimizes pressure loss.

The gasket is replaceable, facilitating easier disassembly and reducing maintenance costs.

    Product Applications

Antibiotic-grade globe valves are primarily used in sectors such as biological fermentation, pharmaceuticals, and the fermentation of beer, amino acids, biopesticides, and bio-fertilizers, as well as in the production of various antibiotics and in biological, biochemical, and chemical pharmaceutical processes to control the flow of materials, water, steam, and cooling media. They feature a design that eliminates dead zones to achieve zero leakage and offers high-temperature resistance and a long service life; a bottom drain port can also be added according to customer requirements.
